Let’s face it.  We play video games because they are fun.  A lot of gamers take games to seriously.  This category gives us all a chance to take a step back and realize that we play games for entertainment purposes.

The Gameslave Award for Funniest Game goes to Dead Rising 2 (Xbox 360, PS3, PC).  Dead Rising 2 took what was great about Dead Rising and made it better.  The largest improvement was the addition of cooperative play.  It is an absolute riot to hack and slash zombies with whatever weapons you can find with a friend.  There are times where you really don’t care about the story; you just want to kill as many zombies in as many different ways as possible with a friend and Dead Rising 2 allows you to do this.  You can also change the main characters clothing to just about anything you can find.  I must admit, it’s hilarious to see you character hacking zombies in pajamas.
