The Professional Gamer - November 15, 2013

Hello everyone!  The beardening continues this week, as does the virtual card games.  Also, we started a new tabletop RPG.  Read on to find out more.

Watching:

This has been another week of only routinely watching The Daily Show and Colbert Report.  Bee and Puppycat is funded.  Very excited to see the new episodes when they are finished.  The hard part will be waiting.

Playing:

Hearthstone is still a lot of fun.  In addition, we've started playing the Pathfinder RPG, which has been a fun throwback to the days of 3rd Edition D&D.  One session in, and I am enjoying it.  Part of the enjoyment for me is likely the fact that I don't have to be the DM for this game.  However, 3rd Edition was my first D&D game, and therefore nostalgia likelly also has a large role in my perception of the game.  I will report back again once we are further into the game.

Reading:

Very little reading this week due to a number of commitments in my hours outside of work.  Next week is also likely to be busy, but I will see if I can find some more time somewhere.  The only reading I manage was some more of the blog posts at The Art of Manliness

That's all for this week.  Join me again next Friday for another weekly update of the Professional Gamer.
